Fall Harvest Festival Satr. Oct. 19 at the Guy School. Sponsored by Liberty Relay For Life: Come join us for a fun family day at the school! Activities include a fire truck demonstration, Halloween costume parade (11:30 am) & trick or treat (12:15-1:15).
SHOP LIBERTY Look for the large signs that will be appearing in the windows of those merchants that will be participating. The Liberty Business Association has been working very hard to bring a Special Holiday Shopping experience to our township.

Thursday, September 26, Liberty Library Community Room. 10 – noon – The Friends of Liberty Library be making WangDoodles in the Community Room at the Library to sell during our Giant Book Sale (see below). If you can string beads and tie knots, you can make a WangDoodle. If you would like great company, to make friends and have a little fun, drop by and help us make some of these.
Monday, September 30, 1-3 pm – the same group will be making bookmarks using paint chips (the kind from paint stores). It’s new design we haven’t made before, and they are very attractive. We want to sell these bookmarks at the Giant Book Sale, too. Drop by and help. You are always welcome.
Saturday, October 5 BIG DAY AT OUR LIBRARY
10 am – 4 pm – The Friends book shelves and cabinets are full, so they are having an all-day book sale. There will be hardback and paperback books, VHS tapes, CDs, DVDs, and periodicals – many more than usual and all at our usual bargain basement prices.
1-3 pm – The library is having a Touch a Truck event to celebrate the Bookmobile’s 75th anniversary. Friends will be serving popcorn and apple cider at this event.
Please tell your friends and family about both events!
